I modeled a KAWAI K Series Piano in Maya. I then keyed some animation to the various moveable pieces which can be seen in the Sketchfab view below. After I UV unwrapped it, I then textured it in Photoshop.

     I wanted all the parts to move how they would in real life, so after modeling all the various hinges, I set the pivots to their respective hinges and parented different pieces to each other.
